Scott Pinkney has extensive experience in lighting design and arts administration, currently serving as a caregiver at Community Connections Inc. since September 2024. As the owner and founder of Pinkney Associates, LLC since January 1980, Scott provides theatrical, tradeshow, and corporate lighting services. An accomplished lighting designer, Scott has worked with Barrington Stage Company as an Associate Artist since 2014 and has designed lighting for over 30 productions. Additionally, Scott holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Trustees at College Light Opera Company and is a Professor Emeritus in Lighting Design at Emerson College. Educational credentials include a BFA in Lighting Design from Boston University and an MA Ed. in Theatre Education from Emerson College.
