Barron's Educational Series
Brian Stewart is an accomplished author and educational consultant with extensive experience in test preparation and social studies education. Serving as an author for Barron's Educational Series since January 2013, Brian has developed materials for standardized tests such as the ACT, PSAT, and SAT. As the founder and president of BWS Education Consulting, Brian has been active since May 2005, providing educational consulting and teaching high school social studies, including Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) courses. Additionally, Brian contributed as an expert columnist for Higher Education Digest from August to November 2023 and previously created FreeTestPrep.com, a leading platform for free online test practice. Brian's teaching experience includes a role as a social studies teacher at Dublin Jerome High School from 2004 to 2012. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Princeton University and a Master's in Education from The Ohio State University.
