Daniel Paolicchi

Daniel Paolicchi has extensive experience in foreign language education, currently serving as the Chair of the Department of Foreign Languages at Montgomery Bell Academy since 2008. In this role, Daniel leads curriculum development and aligns five language programs with national standards while observing and mentoring teachers. As a Spanish teacher, Daniel creates engaging lesson plans and assessments for multiple Spanish levels. Additionally, since June 2016, Daniel has been a Table Leader for the AP Spanish Language and Culture Exam at The College Board, overseeing reader training and evaluation. Daniel is also an accomplished author, co-authoring significant editions of Barron’s AP Spanish prep materials. Previous experience includes providing online tutoring as a Spanish e-structor at SMARTHINKING, Inc. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Spanish Literature from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and German from Tulane University.
