Beth Evans is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in HR leadership across various sectors, including consultancy, engineering, automotive, public health, and education. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Human Resources Director at Barrow and Parker HR Consultancy since February 2016, Beth Evans previously held multiple senior HR roles at Kier Group, Jaguar Land Rover, and E.ON UK, among others. Key achievements include leading HR transformations that resulted in significant cost savings, overseeing large teams, and managing substantial budgets.
