Lisa Fischer

Lisa Fischer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant at Barrow and Parker HR Consultancy since November 2021, Lisa previously held significant roles at Claire's, including Executive Director of HR - Europe, Head of HR - Europe, and Interim HR Project - Europe from August 2016 to July 2021. Prior to that, Lisa worked as an Interim HR Director for various projects in June 2016 and as Head of HR - Kier Business Services at Kier Group from August 2015 to May 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Interim HR Business Partner at Mouchel from July 2013 to August 2015 and Group Talent Manager at Synergy Health PLC from July 2006 to December 2012.
