Sarah Hughes

Sarah Hughes is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Director at Barrow and Parker HR Consultancy since February 2023, Sarah oversees HR and L&OD consultancy services, specializing in leadership development and transformational change. In addition, Sarah is an Advisory Board Member at Altruist Enterprises since July 2023, focusing on mental health and well-being initiatives. Previously, Sarah held pivotal positions such as HR Director EMEA at Ishida Europe Ltd, making history as the first female director in the company's 190-year legacy, and Head of Human Resources at Camellia Plc, where Sarah managed HR for a global organization.
