Carolyn Barton is a seasoned property professional with nearly 40 years of experience in residential sales and management. Since June 2008, Carolyn has served as the Branch Manager at Barry Plant, demonstrating a considerate and compassionate approach to client interactions. Growing up in a renowned real estate family, Carolyn possesses extensive knowledge of the industry and the Waverley area, earning recognition as one of Melbourne's leading property experts. Carolyn began the career at A.L.Barton & Co Pty, Ltd, where initial roles included reception and assisting in property management, eventually transitioning into sales. Education includes an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate from Prahran College of TAFE and a Real Estate License from RMIT University. Active in the community, Carolyn is also a major sponsor of the Mount Waverley Bowling Club and has resided in the City of Monash for over four decades.
