Carol O'Neill

Carol O'Neill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the packaging industry and business transformation. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer and Group President at Barry-Wehmiller since October 2013, Carol has played a pivotal role in growing the company's packaging business through strategic diligence, negotiation, and integration efforts. In addition to their leadership at Barry-Wehmiller, Carol holds various board positions, including Chairperson of the Board at Lewis & Clark Capital and a member of the Board at Waterway Gas & Wash. Previous roles include General Manager at PolyOne, SVP Packaging at Spartech Corporation, and President at Flying Food Group. Carol's education includes an MA in International Development and an MBA from Stanford University, as well as a BA from Princeton University.
