Joe Malone

Joe Malone is an experienced professional in operations and continuous improvement, currently serving as the ERP Project Leader at Barry-Wehmiller since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held various leadership positions at AMS Spectral UV, including CI/Productivity/Lean Leader and Director of Operations, starting in October 2019. From July 2014 to October 2019, Joe worked at Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. as the L3 Lean Leader, where notable achievements included strategic planning, training in Lean methodologies, and global process improvements. Joe’s career began at Fabtronics as Materials Manager, and a significant portion of the professional journey was spent at MarquipWardUnited from April 2000 to July 2014, focusing on Lean implementations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
