Rhonda Spencer

Rhonda Spencer is the Chief People Officer at Barry-Wehmiller. Rhonda has been with the company since 1991, starting as a Project Engineer with the Barry-Wehmiller Design Group. Rhonda then became a Regional Sales Executive with Barry-Wehmiller in May of 1993. In their current role, they are responsible for leading all aspects of the company's people strategy, including talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Rhonda Spencer has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Rhonda Spencer reports to Bob Chapman, Chairman & CEO. Rhonda Spencer works with Tim Sullivan - Group President, Paper & Converting, Carol O'Neill - Group President, Packaging, and Kyle Chapman - President.
