Sridharan Balaiyan

Sridharan Balaiyan is an experienced professional in supply chain management and business development, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Management at Barry-Wehmiller since October 2019, leading a team in India focused on procuring high-quality engineering components for packaging machinery production. Prior to this role, Sridharan held the position of Director of Business Development APAC at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group from January 1996 to October 2019, where responsibilities included establishing offshore design engineering centers and implementing process improvements across the organization. Earlier experience includes roles in engineering and system integration at ITW Signode India Ltd and Fenner (India) Limited. Sridharan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and Bharathiar University, respectively, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from National University.
