Michael Raygoza is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in various leadership roles within the fitness, retail, and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Community Marketing at CrossFit, LLC since July 2024, Michael previously held the position of Senior Regional Marketing Manager at Barry's, where strategic initiatives contributed to a 22% year-over-year growth in paid attendance across 48 studio locations. Michael's earlier experience includes project management at Nordstrom, where oversight of a large commercial portfolio resulted in significant cost savings, as well as leadership roles in operations management and sales at Nordstrom Trunk Club and Target. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Whittier College, complemented by minors in Spanish and Theatre & Communication Arts.
