Paul Anderson

Paul Anderson has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Summer Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2007. Paul then worked as a Summer Analyst in Internal Audit and Compliance at Weight Watchers in 2008. In 2010, they served as a Judicial Clerk at the Hon. John B. Riordan - Nassau County Surrogate's Court and also as a Notes Editor at Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk at Ritholz Levy Sanders Chidekel & Fields LLP. Paul continued working at the same company from 2012 to 2015 as an Associate, where they handled various legal matters encompassing media, entertainment, and fashion industries. In 2015, they joined Forbes as an Associate General Counsel, specializing in Intellectual Property and Commercial Counsel.

Most recently, Paul has been associated with Barstool Sports, where they started as the Head of Business & Legal Affairs from April 2021 to December 2022. Paul then transitioned to the role of VP, General Counsel from January 2023 to December 2023, and currently serves as the SVP, General Counsel since January 2024.

Paul Anderson completed their education by obtaining a J.D. degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Communications Law from the Cardozo School of Law in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. with College Honors from Washington University in St. Louis in 2009. Paul'sundergraduate studies included dual majors in Finance and Psychology, as well as dual minors in Economics and Music Theory.
