Rudy Karsan

Rudy Karsan has a long and varied work experience. Rudy began their career in 2014 as the Managing Partner at Karlani Capital. In 2015, they joined Phenom People as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2016, they became the Chairman of INTELITY. In 2018, they became a Director at Kroo and a Board Member at Talentify. In 2019, they joined Barsys as a Director. In 2020, they became a Director at LOQBOX and Elite HRV. Finally, in 2022, they joined RAIsonance Group as a Board Member and Emagineer as a Director.

Rudy Karsan obtained a B. Math (Actuarial Science) from the University of Waterloo in 1979. In 1983, they became a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
