Matthew Tropea

Matthew Tropea has extensive experience in education and resource management. Since September 2011, Matthew has served as a Teacher at Mater Dei School. In addition, Matthew has been a Resource Manager at Bart & Associates since September 2009, overseeing all aspects of onboarding and managing screening and interview processes. Previously, Matthew worked as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in IT staffing for public and private contracts with a focus on federal Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security initiatives. Matthew holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
