Abdullah Elqossari

Abdullah Elqossari is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in transportation and electrical systems. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer at BART since April 2023, Abdullah previously held the role of Transportation Electrical Engineer at Caltrans, where oversight of contractor compliance on electrical projects was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes positions at BART, WSP USA, California Resources Corporation, and the California Department of Conservation, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in electrical inspections, power analysis, and project management. Abdullah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Bakersfield.
