Alvin Tsui

Alvin Tsui, PE, SE, LEED AP, is a Principal Structural Engineer at BART with over 18 years of experience in designing and delivering complex infrastructure projects across various sectors, including transportation and civic design. They have led significant initiatives internationally, focusing on seismic safety and project management. Previously, Tsui held positions at AECOM and Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP, where they collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and managed structural engineering tasks from concept to execution. They hold a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
