Celestine Do

Celestine Do is currently the Principal Grants Officer at BART, where they leverage extensive experience in urban planning and public affairs. They previously served as a Senior Planner at BART from 2018 to 2022 and held roles such as Senior Consultant at CH2M HILL and Planner at Terry A. Hayes Associates Inc. Celestine conducted research as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA and contributed to various planning projects as an intern for organizations including the Community Redevelopment Agency and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. They hold a B.A. in International Relations/Global Business, Spanish from the University of Southern California and an M.A. in Urban Planning from UCLA.
