Cindy P Chan

Cindy P Chan, PMP, is an experienced financial and project management professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Principal Financial Analyst at BART since September 2012, Cindy has held multiple roles including Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Analyst. Prior to BART, Cindy was a Program Manager Consultant for Acumen Building Enterprise, Inc., and held positions in quality assurance and project coordination at Freeland Foods and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of San Francisco. With foundational experience as a project engineer and intern across various organizations, Cindy holds a BA in Architecture/Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Project Management from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
