Cynthia E Fields

Cynthia E Fields, MSOD, MPA, currently serves as the Supervisor of Workforce Development and Acting Manager of Workforce Development at BART since March 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Cynthia previously held the position of Director of Human Resources & Administration at RC Fields Removal & Transport Services from September 2007 to December 2022, providing consultation on various HR functions. Notable roles also include Senior Human Resources Analyst at EBMUD and Organizational Development Consultant at the State Compensation Insurance Fund, where Cynthia coached leaders and developed leadership programs. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing Management from California State University - East Bay, along with additional studies at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
