Erin Spragan is currently the Assistant General Manager of Finance at BART, a position held since 2025. Previously, Erin served as the Director of Finance for the City of Oakland from 2021 to 2025 and was the Chief Financial Officer at the Transbay Joint Powers Authority from 2019 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Erin worked as the Assistant Director of Fiscal Policy for the City of Arlington from 2013 to 2018 and also held the title of Director of Municipal Court. Erin is pursuing a Master of City and Regional Planning and a Master of Public Administration at The University of Texas at Arlington.
