Johnny Kuo

Johnny Kuo, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Core Capacity Project Manager at BART since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kuo was a member of the Board of Directors at the Japanese Community Youth Council from February 2015 to July 2022 and spent nearly two decades at WSP USA, attaining the position of Senior Supervising Engineer. Kuo's early career included a role as Senior Engineer at Mark Thomas & Company from June 2000 to May 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University.
