Joseph Cliscagne

Joseph Cliscagne, EIT, is a Track Engineer at BART since October 2018, contributing to the commissioning of a new track geometry measurement car. Previously, Joseph served as a Junior Engineer at BART, providing engineering services during construction, drafting AutoCAD drawings for specific track components, and assisting in the design review of new equipment. Joseph's engineering experience also includes internships at BART, where systemwide analysis and design tasks were performed, and roles at TRC Companies, Inc., the University of the Pacific, and Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, where Joseph engaged in tasks ranging from field verification to cost estimation. Joseph holds a blended bachelor's and master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific, completed in 2018.
