Julian Chacon

Julian Chacon, MBA, has extensive experience in data analytics, policy review, and advocacy within various sectors. Currently serving in the Office of Civil Rights at BART, Julian Chacon leverages data analytics to enhance small business participation in contracts and revamps reporting for equity programs. As Executive Officer and Union Secretary at AFSCME Local 3993, Julian Chacon established the Paid Family Leave subcommittee and enhanced member engagement through data-driven insights. Previous roles include Senior Financial Analyst at Bank of the West, where budget forecasting and financial planning were optimized, and Digital Business Operations at Pac-12 Networks, which focused on ad revenue performance improvement. Julian Chacon began a career in public service as a Congressional Aide, contributing to federal funding initiatives and veteran advocacy.
