Kevin Floyd

Kevin Floyd possesses extensive experience in customer service and event planning, currently serving as a Station Agent at BART since August 2019, where responsibilities include providing passenger information and ensuring safety at the station. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a Transit Information Clerk at BART, managing calls and providing transit information.
