Kimberly White

Kimberly White is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in strategic consultancy and operations management. As the Managing Director of Charis Advisory Group since June 2012, Kimberly has excelled in transforming organizations by addressing growth challenges through inclusive leadership and collaborative problem-solving. In their role as Senior Manager of Operations Administration at BART, Kimberly has successfully developed strategic plans and implemented business intelligence techniques to enhance resource management and customer-centric strategies. Previous positions at BART include Manager of Special Projects and Manager of Budgets, where Kimberly established comprehensive budgets and advanced new business initiatives. Kimberly also served as a faculty member at John F. Kennedy University, teaching business courses, and was the Director of Finance at ServiceMaster Management Services. Kimberly holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from Cal State East Bay and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
