Linda Lee, PE, PMP, has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the transportation sector. Since June 2017, Linda has held multiple roles at BART, including Acting Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Principal Civil Engineer, and Senior Civil Engineer. Prior to BART, Linda served as a Senior Roadway Engineer and Operations Leader at CH2M HILL from June 2013 to June 2017, and as a Project Manager at HNTB from January 2005 to June 2013. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Design Engineer at Mark Thomas and Company and as an intern at the Port of Oakland. Linda holds a Master's degree in Transportation Management from San José State University (2019-2021) and a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from UCLA (1996-2000). Additionally, Linda has pursued leadership training through WTS Leadership.
