Lisa Raffetto is a seasoned financial analyst with significant experience in public service finance. Currently serving as Principal Financial Analyst at BART since August 2019, Lisa previously held the role of Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to BART, Lisa worked at KIPP Public Schools Northern California as Associate Director of Finance and at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service as Associate Director of Fiscal Operations. Lisa's earlier roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant in Public Economics and Finance, Budget Analyst, and Administrative Aide at Project Renewal, as well as a Case Manager at Peace Corps and Administrative Clerk at the U.S. Census Bureau. Lisa holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Finance from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Oregon.
