Mallory K.

Mallory K. is the Group Manager of Real Estate and Property Management at BART, where they also served as Principal Right of Way Officer from 2022 to 2025. With over 15 years of experience in right of way, land acquisition, and real estate, Mallory holds the Senior Right of Way Agent (SR/WA) credential from the International Right of Way Association and is the Vice President of the IRWA Chapter 2 Board. Previously, Mallory worked at Caltrans as an Associate Right of Way Agent from 2008 to 2014 and at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Principal Right of Way Agent from 2014 to 2022. Mallory earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005.
