Monica Meagher

Monica Meagher is an experienced sustainability and climate action professional currently serving as the Climate Action and Adaptation Plan Task Force Chair for the City of Pacifica since July 2023. With a robust background in sustainability management, Monica has held key positions at BART, including Sustainability Group Manager and Sustainability Project Manager since February 2020. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Senior Project Manager at Lucid Design Group, Program Engineer at Clean Coalition, and various positions at SolarCity, where notable achievements include publishing the company's first Impact Report and leading a team of designers. Monica also has a foundation in education, having taught SAT courses at Revolution Prep, and possesses a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
