Myat San, P.E. serves as the Chief Infrastructure Delivery Officer at BART since October 2016, where responsibilities include leading the Power & Mechanical Engineering group and overseeing capital project delivery, equipment reliability, and asset management. Prior roles at BART include Assistant Chief Engineering Officer and Group Manager, as well as Division Manager for Traction Power Engineering, leading a $1.3 billion Power Infrastructure Modernization Program. Prior to BART, Myat San worked at Exelon in corporate engineering focused on fleet asset management and electrical power systems. Additional experience includes positions at American Electric Power and Entergy, with a strong background in electrical design and analysis. Myat San holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University.
