Napua Nelson

Napua Nelson is a dynamic Project Controls Lead currently serving as a Sr. Lead Scheduler in Long-Range Planning at BART, where they manage the development and execution of engineering and construction schedules for large-scale projects. Previously, they held roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they supervised Gas Program Planning and Performance Measurement, and at Chevron, leading scheduling efforts for refinery projects. Napua began their career as a Junior Scheduler at Harvest Technical Services, Inc., and has continuously demonstrated leadership and innovation in project controls, earning multiple awards and accolades throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies with an emphasis in Cultural Studies from the University of Phoenix.
