Ni Lee, PE, PMP, serves as the Deputy Project Director at BART, where they oversee the implementation of the Silicon Valley Phase II megaproject. With over five years of experience in project delivery at BART, they led the successful completion of the Silicon Valley Berryessa Extension. Ni holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and computer sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a licensed Electrical Engineer in California as well as a Project Management Professional. Their expertise spans risk and change management, strategic planning, and engineering, and they are dedicated to mentorship and fostering collaboration within their team.
