Nicole Franklin

Nicole Franklin is an experienced professional in real estate development and public engagement, currently serving as Base Reuse Manager for the City of Alameda since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole has been with BART since August 2018, where responsibilities included real estate and property development, government and community relations, along with serving as Public Engagement Manager for the Link21 Program. Additional experience includes a Project Manager position at the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency from April 2003 to August 2008, a Senior Analyst role in the Real Estate Division of the City and County of San Francisco from 2002 to 2003, and an Assistant Facilities Manager at Trammell Crow Company from 1996 to 2002. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis.
