Olivia Chen

Olivia Chen is an experienced financial and capital planning professional currently serving as the Principal Capital Financial Planning Analyst at BART since September 2024. Prior to this role, Olivia held the position of Senior Capital Planning Analyst with the City and County of San Francisco from September 2022 to September 2024.
