Raymond Pascual

Raymond Pascual is a Senior Attorney at BART since February 2015, bringing extensive legal experience in the transportation sector. Prior roles include Attorney-Advisor at the US Department of Transportation from 2013 to 2015, and various attorney positions at NDDOT, San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, and the San Diego Association of Governments. Additionally, Raymond started as a Legal Intern at the Federal Transit Administration and gained early experience as a Transportation Planner at the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
