Richard Fuentes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public and private sector roles, currently serving as a Committee Member for the BART Investment Plans Committee, overseeing $1.7 billion in retirement assets. In the BART Executive Office of Performance and Budget, Richard is responsible for advocacy strategies to secure project funding and has served as a liaison to elected officials regarding transit issues in the San Francisco Bay Area.
