Richard Oldham

Richard Oldham has extensive experience in program and project management within the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Systems Engineering Capital Programs at BART since December 2016, Richard oversees a wide range of improvement projects related to infrastructure and control systems. Prior roles include Program Manager at Harris RF Communications, where Richard led a $90M federally funded radio replacement contract, and Technical Program Manager at MSA Systems, focusing on global Wi-Fi and network mobility solutions. Richard’s background also includes positions at Aruba Networks, AT&T Mobility, Covad, Ericsson, CBA Site Services, Mericom, and ATI Architects and Engineers, showcasing a strong foundation in managing complex technical projects and operations. Richard holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
