Robert Muir, M.AIB, M.AIQS, CPE, currently serves as Chairperson of the ASPE National Virtual Content Creation & Engagement Committee since September 2024, supporting the upcoming ASPE National Webinar Series. As an ASPE Industry Award Winner for 2024, Robert received accolades for "BEST ESTIMATE" and "MOST INNOVATIVE PROJECT | CLIENT SERVICES," along with being recognized as ASPE Chapter President of the Year and receiving the ASPE Chapter Gold Award. In the professional sphere, Robert holds the position of Chief Estimating Executive at BART, overseeing Estimate Peer Reviews and developing multiple service lines. Previously, Robert was the Chief Estimating Manager at OCMI, Inc., managing the Cost Consultancy/Estimating Department while executing various executive project management roles. Robert’s educational background includes advanced degrees in Property Development, Real Estate, and Quantity Surveying from Deakin University and the University of Melbourne.
