Roman Kotlyar has extensive experience in transportation operations, currently serving as the Manager of Transportation Operations Support at BART since October 2016. Previously, Roman held various positions at BNSF Railway from September 2005 to October 2016, including Division Trainmaster and Terminal Trainmaster. Roman began the career as an Operations Manager in the Industrial Lumber Division at Snavely Forest Products from February 2000 to May 2005. Roman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Francisco, earned between 1995 and 1999.
