Shannon Dodge

Shannon Dodge is a housing innovator with extensive experience in advancing affordable housing and homelessness initiatives in the Bay Area. Currently serving as a Principal Property Development Officer at BART, they lead the transformation of public land into inclusive neighborhoods that prioritize affordable housing. Previously, Shannon held key roles as a housing project manager at various organizations, including the Chinatown Community Development Center and the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, where they managed significant affordable housing projects. Shannon also owned a consulting firm that focused on policy and program development in affordable housing. They earned a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley and a BA with Distinction in Political Science from McGill University.
