Tiffani Brown has over a decade of experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as a Transportation Supervisor at BART since 2012, focusing on high-speed commuter rail operations. In previous roles, Tiffani acted as Chief Steward, providing vital support for union members by collaborating with various departments on legal complaints, disciplinary hearings, and contract negotiations. Early career experience includes serving as a Train Operator, ensuring timely and safe service for passengers through effective communication and focus. Additionally, Tiffani managed a high-volume call center at Wells Fargo for a brief period, where customer satisfaction and quality assurance were prioritized. Tiffani is a graduate of El Cerrito High School, class of 1996.
