Jared Bennett

Senior Director of Culinary Operations

Jared Bennett is currently the Senior Director of Culinary Operations at bartaco, a position held since 2017. They have an extensive culinary career that began as a Sous Chef at Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine from 2003 to 2006 and includes roles such as Executive Chef and Regional Executive Chef. Jared also served as Executive Chef at GrillSmith Restaurants from 2011 to 2015 and Sous Chef at Hilton Garden Inn from 2009 to 2011. They are pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Orlando, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Florida, which they have been studying since 2002.
