Luis Nunez is currently serving as the Regional Culinary Director at bartaco, where they also hold the position of Regional Executive Chef. With extensive experience in the restaurant industry, Luis has previously worked as an Executive Chef at Plan B Stamford and Brio Tuscan Grill, as well as honing their skills in various culinary roles at bartaco. They possess a strong background in catering, food and beverage management, and menu development, and are an alumnus of Westchester Community College, where they earned an Associate's Degree.
