Sarah Clark

Sarah Clark is currently the General Manager at bartaco LoHi, following a progression from roles including Assistant General Manager and Service Leader. They graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2019 and gained valuable experience as a Student Intern/Consultant with the nonprofit TABLE, where they helped evaluate the organization's impact on local children. Passionate about public policy, they are interested in addressing issues related to poverty, education, and health. Their experience in the service industry has honed their communication and leadership skills through teamwork.
