Scott Lawton

Scott Lawton is an experienced restaurant industry leader, currently serving as the CEO and Cofounder of bartaco since January 2011. With a strong background in operational management, Scott held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Barteca Restaurant Group from August 2007 to June 2014 and at Big Time Restaurant Group from January 2000 to January 2006. In addition to operational roles, Scott was an Advisor and Investor at Wisely from January 2017 to December 2021. Scott's career began as a Steward at Myriad Restaurant Group from 1996 to 1998. Educationally, Scott graduated from The University of Georgia, where studies took place from 1992 to 1996, and completed earlier education at The Westminster Schools from 1979 to 1992.
