James Russell

James Russell is an experienced operations training instructor currently providing support for the NextEra Energy Nuclear Division at Bartech Staffing since April 2023. Previous experience includes an extensive tenure at Bartech Group, where James served as an Initial License Operator Training Instructor from June 2016 to December 2022, focusing on both classroom and simulator environments. Earlier roles encompass nuclear operations support and training at Hyperspring GSE and significant operational management positions at Florida Power & Light from 1987 to March 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing safe and reliable plant operations, managing training for operators, and conducting emergency drill coordination. James holds INPO certification and has developed training programs, lesson plans, and performance evaluations throughout a diverse career in nuclear operations and training.
