Elia Honeycove, also known as Ilya Khanykov, has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they founded Bartini and served as the CEO. Elia continued their entrepreneurial journey by participating in the Alchemist Accelerator's program in 2021. Elia also acted as an advisor for McFly.aero, a community focused on developing real estate solutions for advanced air mobility. In addition, they provided advisory services for high-tech startups and corporate players through their role at Innov8 Global Advisory Ventures Labs. Elia further contributed to the entrepreneurial community as a mentor for the Silicon Valley Insiders Intensive Program and the Founder Institute. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they co-founded Prarion Pharma in 2014. Elia has also actively engaged in angel investing and product development through their role as an angel investor for a private company from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, Elia served as an angel investor for YuktiPro, a collaboration and knowledge management tool, in 2013. Prior to their entrepreneurial and investing activities, Elia held the position of Vice-President for Eastern Europe & CIS at Tricorona AB from an unspecified date in 2007 until April 2009.

Elia Honeycove, also known as Ilya Khanykov, has a diverse and accomplished education history. In 1997, Elia attended Northumbria University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Studies, which was completed in 2001. Elia's interests then shifted towards the field of psychology, leading them to enroll in the Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2012 and 2013. At MSU, Elia specialized in Applied Neuroscience, specifically focusing on Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology. Finally, in 2000, Elia began their Ph.D. studies at the State University of Management (SUM), which concluded in 2003. During this time, Elia concentrated on Strategic Management, Business Analysis, and Business Systems.
