Jose Arroyo

Jose Arroyo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and education. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at NAS Defense Program, Jose designs and tests IT systems for maritime surveillance. As Co-Owner of Bartizan Security, involvement spans enhancing security for various sectors since 2021. With a longstanding commitment to the Puerto Rico Air National Guard since 1999, roles include Cyberspace Operations Officer and A6 Communications & Information Directorate, advising on cyberwarfare strategies. Leadership is demonstrated as President of Obsidis Consortia, dedicated to advancing information security through education. Jose holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer and Information Systems Security, and recent certifications in Machine Learning from MIT.
