James Spencer

James Spencer has extensive experience in the property and insurance industries. James has worked as the Head of Private Client at Bartlett Group Ltd since April 2020, where they focus on insurance solutions for High Net Worth Individuals. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at Carter Jonas from February 2017 to April 2020, specializing in residential sales in West and North Yorkshire. Before that, James was a Sales Manager at Fine & Country from December 2014 to January 2017, overseeing the buying and selling process for luxury properties. James also worked as a Senior Sales Negotiator at Marler & Marler from April 2011 to September 2014, dealing with high-end properties in prime central London. James began their career at Foxtons in January 2006 as a Sales Negotiator and was promoted to "rare" sales within a year. James consistently achieved high sales figures and became a recognized top performer in the company.

James Spencer attended the University of Birmingham from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Exercise Physiology. During their time there, they studied various subjects including Physiology, Sports Psychology, and Biochemistry. In August 2006, they obtained a certification as a Qualified PT from REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals).
